Purchasing a ticket, booking an event, or reserving a Cantona Homestead service means accepting these terms of sale.
Payments
- Full payment or the required deposit is due when the booking is made.
- Prices are stated in US dollars, applicable taxes are additional, and prices may change without notice.
Deposits and balances
- Deposits are not refundable.
- Any remaining balance must be paid by its stated deadline; an unpaid balance may cancel the reservation.
Refunds
Sales are final. Missed events, late arrival, or a change of plans do not qualify for a refund. Cantona Homestead may choose to offer a credit or a new date in limited circumstances.
Event tickets
- Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Some events require advance purchase and have limited capacity.
- Admission may be refused when safety requirements are not followed.
Weather
Events normally continue in rain or shine. When conditions are unsafe, Cantona Homestead may delay the event, move it to another date, or issue a credit.
Parties and rentals
- Reserved start and end times must be respected, and overtime may generate extra charges.
- The person booking the event is responsible for providing an accurate guest count.
Right to refuse service
Service may be refused to anyone who does not follow venue policies or safety instructions.
