Activity risks
- Contact with animals, including goats, sheep, rabbits, and ponies.
- Uneven outdoor surfaces, dirt, mud, and water areas.
- Children’s play spaces, sand, construction zones, and equipment.
Assumption of risk and release
Participation is voluntary. You accept its risks and release Cantona Homestead, its owners, staff, and affiliates from claims involving injury, illness, damaged property, or loss connected with participation.
Children and animal activities
- A parent or guardian must supervise children at all times.
- Participants must follow animal-handler instructions and applicable height or weight limits.
- A participant who ignores these rules may be removed from the activity.
Emergency care
When an emergency occurs, you authorize necessary basic medical assistance.
Photos and video
Attendance grants permission for event photographs or video to be used in Cantona Homestead promotions.
Acceptance
Participation or purchase confirms acceptance of this waiver.
