General conduct
- Follow posted notices and staff directions.
- Supervise children continuously.
- Avoid rough play and any unsafe behavior.
Animal safety
- Treat every animal gently and respectfully.
- Feed animals only when staff gives permission.
- Animals may be given rest breaks during an event.
Pony rides
- Height and weight limits are enforced.
- Riders must be able to sit independently and must follow the handler at all times.
Cleanliness and respect
Place waste in the proper receptacles and respect the property, animals, staff, and other guests.
Food and vendors
Permission for outside food depends on the event. Food trucks or other vendors may be available.
Removal and weather
A guest who disregards the rules may be removed without a refund. Guests should dress for the expected outdoor conditions.
